All items will dispatch from Amortals warehouse in US.
Your order will ship out on the same day if the order is placed before 7 pm PST. Processing time usually takes 1-3 business days to fulfill your order.
Free shipping is available on orders over $39.99 within the contiguous United States (U.S. 48). Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories are excluded.
If your package is marked delivered and it still has not been received within 5 business days, please reach out to the Amortals Customer service team at support@amortalsus.com and we will discuss the next steps from there.

For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges on any order unless there is a manufacturer defect.
As you rejected the parcel out of personal reasons, we are unable to issue a refund for your order.
