Order Processing

Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days. Processing time may be longer during holidays, promotions, or high-volume periods.

Shipping Regions

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and selected Southeast Asia regions.


Shipping Fee

Free shipping is available on orders over $39.99. Shipping fees for other orders will be calculated at checkout.

Delivery Time

Delivery time varies by destination and shipping method. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information by email.

Please allow some time for tracking information to update after the package has been shipped.

Carrier Support


Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Some packages may be delivered by UniUni or USPS, depending on your shipping address and the final-mile carrier assigned to your order.

Please use your tracking number to check the latest delivery status. If your package is delayed, marked as delivered but not received, or requires delivery assistance, you may also contact the carrier directly.

If your USPS package shows “Delivered” but you cannot find it, please first check your mailbox, front door, porch, parcel locker, building reception, mailroom, neighbors, or any safe delivery location. If it is still missing after one postal business day, you may submit a service request through USPS.

Please note: Carrier tracking updates may take 24-48 hours to refresh after shipment. AMORTALS ( support@amortalsus.com)will also do our best to assist you, but the carrier may be able to provide the most recent delivery scan, delivery location, or redelivery options once the package is in transit.
